Basic Qigong ("chi gong") Exercises

Qigong is an ancient practice that originated in China
thousands of years ago with deep roots in
traditional Chinese medicine and martial arts. 

It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining
health and well-being.


Qigong comprises of both mind and body components and focuses on the regulation of the mind, breath, body movements, and posture.

Where attention goes, qi (life force energy) flows and gathers. 

Qigong combines the deep and long breaths with slow body movements and focus to enhance this beneficial energy flow.
